Are you training for a fall marathon? Join the TW Training Summer Group Program for a long run to get in your miles and meet other runners! The mileage will range from 10-18 miles, but you can go shorter or longer if needed. Nuun samples and water will be provided at an aid station during the run.
We'll start the run at 6:15am from Dupont Circle - please arrive by 6:05-6:10 for the intro and routes. Coach Tammy will follow up with any last minute details in the week before the run, so be sure to RSVP ahead of time. We look forward to seeing you there!
