1:1 Run coaching

Working 1:1 with a running coach can help bring your running to the next level, no matter your goals. A coach takes the guesswork out of training, gives you a set of expert eyes on your workouts, helps you navigate challenges during training with confidence, and is there to support + cheer for you throughout it all.

If you are looking to achieve a new PR, want to break out of a running plateau, are training for your first long distance race [10+ miles], or you’re just ready to hand over the planning to someone else, 1:1 run coaching may be a good fit for you.

chicago marathon group program

If you are a novice marathoner and you’re running the 2024 Chicago Marathon, this program is for you. The Group Program offers a customized training plan + support along the journey to run your strongest [or first] marathon.

Registration will open in late April and be limited to 15 participants. The 18-week program starts on Monday, June 10th and concludes with the Chicago Marathon on Sunday, October 13th.

breaking personal records: the complete marathon training course

You don’t feel like you need a completely customized plan or you’re not ready to invest in 1:1 run coaching, but you want specific guidance as you tackle your first marathon or go for a new personal best.

This course will provide you with everything you need to be successful for the marathon [or half marathon] distance - whether you’ve done a few and are looking to get a new PR or you’re running your first one.

strength for strides

Strength for Strides is a 12-week strength program built specifically for runners. With easy-to-follow workouts + videos that can be worked into any running program, you’ll finish the program stronger + more injury-resilient so you can continue doing more of what you love - running.
